Candace Galiffa, CPA
President
Candace Galiffa has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for over a decade. After studying Accounting at the University of Pittsburgh, Candace traveled solo through much of Australia and Europe. She began her career in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and then held various leadership roles in corporate accounting, finance, and investments.
After nearly a decade in Corporate America, she decided to focus on her entrepreneurship roots. She founded NewWay Accounting to serve small business owners and entrepreneurs, as well as provide modern accounting solutions and outsourced CFO services to corporations.
Candace lives in Chadds Ford, PA with her husband Phil and their daughters Giavana and Layla.
Jen Gugger
director of accounting
Jen first dipped her toes into the accounting waters to lend a hand to a friend who was short staffed. From there her love of numbers prompted a change in her college major! Jen has worked in both public accounting and in construction specialized accounting. She lives in East Greenville, PA with her husband Will and their daughter Shaelyn. During her off hours she can be found on adventures with her daughter making memories.
Stephanie Provenzano
director of accounting
Stephanie graduated with a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Penn State University. She began her career at Ernst & Young and has since worked in corporate accounting and at a local public accounting firm. She lives in Pittsburgh, PA with her husband Matt and their two kids Maria and Wyatt. When she isn’t working she enjoys staying active and making memories with the family.
Stefanie Hess
senior Accountant
Stefanie has worked in accounting for over 25 years. She’s worked in public accounting as well as local and international non-profit agencies, real estate, and property management. She was born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Stefanie and her husband decided to travel the country when their children graduated from college and began their adult lives. When she isn’t working, you can find her on a hiking trail, on the water, or planning the next stop in her RV.
Kathy Mercer
Staff Accountant
Kathy became fascinated with Accounting after being challenged by one of her teachers in high school to balance a paper ledger. Challenge accepted! It was then that she knew she wanted to be an Accountant; however, she knew she could face some hurdles with pursuing higher education and gaining experience having a father and husband who both served in the United States Air Force. Luckily, moving all around the US, as well as abroad, Kathy has been able to work in various areas of Accounting for over 20 years. During her off time, you can find Kathy with her husband and son in the dojo, where they are all working towards their Black Belts in karate. Of course, as a native Floridian that lives on the Gulf Coast of Mexico, she spends plenty of time paddle boarding or enjoying having her feet in the sand!
Julie Anderson
director of tax
Julie Anderson is an Enrolled Agent and has been preparing taxes for over 20 years. She specializes in business taxes and enjoys working with small business owners. She currently lives in Newport, VT. Julie enjoys traveling and likes to vacation at her Florida home whenever she can.
Diane Bianco

Diane moved from Arizona back to Pennsylvania In 2018 with her husband Dominick after their only grandchild was born. In Arizona she was a Quality Engineer (think perfectionist) which she happily retired from to become a stay at home Mehma helping to raise her granddaughter. Now that her granddaughter is in kindergarten she's back to working with numbers in a whole new, but exciting, way. When she isn't working she enjoys making memories with her family, especially her granddaughter Shaelyn.
Monica Paré
Tax Accountant
Monica was born and raised in northern Vermont and has always had a passion for numbers. She holds an Associates Degree in Accounting along with 8 years experience in bookkeeping and tax preparation. When she’s not busy crunching numbers, she spends her free time hanging out with her 2 young sons and 3 dogs.
Patti Davis
tax manager
Patti has a Master’s degree in Accounting and has been a CPA since 2003. She served in the U.S. Army for four years and was married to it for over 20 years. With moving every 2 ½ years while part of the Army family, it took a while to get those degrees, but it was worth it. She got to live and travel in Europe and live and travel in many states throughout the U.S. She lives at Lake Martin in Alabama and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Shannon Vasquez

Shannon began her career working as a receptionist for a certified public accounting firm. While there, her boss saw her potential and encouraged her to finish her Associate’s Degree. She was then promoted and thus began her love for all things bookkeeping and taxes. She has over 7 years of public accounting experience. Shannon lives in Iowa with her husband and 12-year-old bonus son. In her free time, Shannon enjoys challenging her family to very intense, competitive board games.
Amy Bucci
Accounting manager
Amy is a CPA with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Drexel University. She began her career at KPMG and has over 7 years of experience in tax and accounting. In her spare time, she enjoys running and crafting. Amy currently resides in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA.
Daniela Caldarello

Daniela graduated with a Bachelors in Accounting from CUNY Queens College. She has worked in public accounting for over 15 years. She lives in Long Island, New York with her husband Anthony and their three children, Juliette and twin boys, Anthony Jr. & Charlie. In her free time, you can find her on the Peloton Leaderboard and enjoying the outdoors with her family.
Nicole Luby

Nicole has a passion for helping and connecting with people in all aspects of her life. She loves to organize, problem solve, and plan and she found that these are great qualities to apply to her accounting career. She went to college part-time while working full-time in various accounting positions and achieved her bachelor's degree from Fairfield University in Connecticut. Nicole has been working in public accounting for 8 years and has focused on working closely with small businesses.
Nicole lives in Connecticut with her two young sons that keep her busy and bring her so much joy, her husband who has recently completed an Ironman race, and a beautiful chocolate labrador. She loves spending time with her family and being outdoors. She commits to weekly yoga and movement to keep her mind and body healthy.
